Staff Training
All DepiCool staff are fully trained to:
- Assess whether a new customer can safely start a course of teeth whitening treatment
- Answer all questions about the treatment and its effects
- Prepare the teeth for treatment by applying the photoreactive gel
- Operate the teeth whitening equipment
- Advise on post treatment care
Most DepiCool practitioners hold one or several healthcare qualifications and certifications, in addition to having several years of experience.
Treatment Quality
In order to deliver high-quality treatment to each customer, DepiCool:
- Has a proven treatment protocol which defines each step of the treatment process
- Operates equipment which undergoes regular checks and maintenance
- Uses quality supplies (such as the photoreactive gel and the product supplied for follow-up treatment at home) during the treatment process
- Follows industry standard guidelines for treatment and ensures registration with the appropriate authorities
- Holds liability insurance
